First stage

  • Thorough assessment prior to each search assignment, based on our areas of expertise and the timing and urgency of each search.

  • Market presentation of skills and parameters, subject to your approval before we make candidate contact.

  • Project timeline to confirm that expectations are aligned, respective roles are agreed upon, and all parties are committed to the process.

  • Qualification of candidates based on skills, chemistry, and motivation.

Second stage

  • Complete check of references to appropriately vet candidates.

  • Coordination of the interview, ensuring that all parties are prepared.

  • In-depth understanding of the position, company, and company culture provided to candidates.

  • Detailed information regarding a candidate’s interest, motivation, compensation, and family provided to hiring managers.

Final stage

  • Negotiation and presentation of all offers to candidates.

  • Assistance to candidates tendering their resignation.

  • Help on-board candidates smoothly into new organization.

  • Follow-up after the candidate has transitioned.
